Scott Israel talks about what's next for the Broward Sheriff's Office after defeated Al Lamberti in the sheriff race Tuesday.
Despite his victory, bad blood between Lamberti and Israel continues to boil.
"He goes on the radio. It sounds like he's whining," said Israel.

Israel was referring to the sheriff's comments about him that Lamberti made on the Paul and Young Ron radio show Wednesday morning.
"There's a lot of hypocrisy that comes from him," said Israel. "It was cowardice."
"When does the transition begin?" asked Local 10's Bob Norman.
"I guess you could say it was today," answered Israel.
Israel offered no comment on his command staff. One candidate is rumored to be Ron Gunzburger, a Broward County Property Appraiser's attorney who worked on his campaign and is the son of Broward Commissioner Sue Gunzburger.
"Ron Gunzburger will be a strong consideration," said Israel.
Another is supporter Angelo Castillo, a Pembroke Pines Commissioner.
"Someone like Angelo I plan on having those talks," said Israel.
Another candidate is Jerry Speziale, a former sheriff in New Jersey who now serves as the number two man at the New York Port Authority.
"I have a lot respect for him," said Israel. "Talented man. We're personal friends nothing more than that."
Another friend is the owner of Massachusetts-based Middlesex Corporation, a construction company which contributed $225,000 in a late campaign ad blitz aimed at Lamberti. Owner Robert Periera didn't return calls to Local 10 on Thursday.
"Do you know why Middlesex contributed all that money?" asked Norman.
"Yes, they like me," replied Israel. "Robert Pereira and his wife are two of the most decent people you'll ever meet. Robert will ask and has asked for nothing "
Israel takes office January 8th.
