Between three and four people were shot after a gunman opened fire in Overtown's Gibson Park late Friday night.
The adults were rushed to Jackson Memorial Hospital. Detectives told Local 10 that their injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.
At the time of the shooting, the park was packed with children playing football. None of them were injured.
It's not clear whether this was a random shooting or if someone was being targeted.
Witnesses told Local 10's Christina Vazquez that this was the first night of pop-warner football since the park reopened on Tuesday.
The City of Miami issued a loan to fund a milti-million dollar renovation of Gibson Park as part of Overtown's renaissance.
