Ocean Drive was shut down Friday for the second annual Orange Drive Miami Beach Musical Festival, as fans started celebrating the new year early.  Twelve bands will perform at the three-day festival, including Gym Class Heroes, Ne-Yo, Cee Lo Green, Boyz II Men, Jason Derulo, Pete Wentz and the Black Cards and more.  "I'm real excited," Wentz said.  Organizers hope to double the attendance in the festival’s second year. They expect 20,000 people, compared to 8,000 people last year.  Across the bay, the tried and true Big Orange is getting ready to make its ascent to the top of the InterContinental Hotel, climbing into 2012.  As the Big Orange Rises, a ball will drop in Fort Lauderdale. Workers are already preparing, putting barricades up and getting ready for the business of getting down to the final moments of 2011.
