A worker was taken to a hospital after an explosion at the site of the Port Miami tunnel project Tuesday afternoon.
A Port Miami spokeswoman said the man was working on a high-pressure pipe when the pipe's cap blew off and hit him in the hard hat.
From Sky 10 overhead, crews could be seen using a crane to lift the man, who was strapped to a backboard, to safety.
The injured worker was transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital as a precaution, officials said. He is expected to be fine.
