A collision with a speeding car sent another vehicle crashing into a Miramar home Tuesday night.
Just before 10 p.m. at Island Drive and LaSalle Boulevard, a white Ford Focus was speeding and ran a stop sign, t-boning a silver Ford Focus, according to the occupants of the silver car.
The driver of the silver car tried to regain control, but skidded into a house at 2806 Island Dr. The car did not actually penetrate the house, but caused some exterior damage.
The driver, her husband, and their two young nephews were all wearing their seatbelts. The woman and the two boys were treated on the scene for minor injuries. One of the boys had shoulder pain, and glass was pulled from the arm of the other boy.
The driver of the white car, an 18-year-old, stayed on the scene and was not noticeably injured.
Information on the residents of the home was not immediately available.
