A child molestation suspect who police say disappeared after being released on bond is arrested again after being featured on "America's Most Wanted."
Fritz Alisme, 39, was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force and Miramar police on Wednesday.
Alisme was arrested in 2009 on six counts of sexual battery on a child and six counts of lewd or lascivious molestation. He was released on bond, but police said he removed his tracking device and escaped.
"America's Most Wanted" featured Alisme in February, and the episode aired again Friday. Miramar police said a viewer recognized Alisme and called in a tip.
Miramar police said the tipster told investigators Alisme was working as a security guard in Miami Lakes.
Alisme was arrested Wednesday night near the 1800 block of Northwest 46th Street in Miami, police said.
