Two pedestrians suffered injuries after they were hit by a train.
It happened near Biscayne Boulevard and 179th Street on Wednesday evening.
It's unclear what led up to accident.
Aventura police said the two pedestrians were transported by air rescue. Both were listed in critical condition.
Traffic was backed up as cars couldn't cross Biscayne Boulevard between 154th and 179th Streets while police investigated.
