A dump truck crashed Wednesday afternoon on Florida's Turnpike, running off the roadway and landing on Southwest 168th Street below.
Officials said the dump truck was going north on the Turnpike when the crash occurred. Investigators said they believe the truck blew a tire, and that caused it to crash.

The truck caught fire after the crash, investigators said.
The Florida Highway Patrol said the truck driver was not injured in the crash.
All lanes of Florida's Turnpike were closed in the area, but they have since reopened. At 6 p.m., the northbound lanes were still experiencing delays.
Southwest 168th Street is expected to remain closed for hours.
