Tropical Storm Dorian kept moving west-northwest Wednesday above the open Atlantic Ocean.
At 11 p.m. Wednesday, the storm is centered about 615 miles west of the Cape Verde Islands, off the coast of west Africa. There are no land threats, and little change in strength is expected over the next two days.

The storm's maximum sustained winds late Wednesday were near 50 mph. The U.S. National Hurricane Center in Miami says it is moving west-northwest across the Atlantic at 20 mph.
Forecasters said Dorian would continue moving west-northwest during the next few days.
Dorian was expected to weaken Thursday as it moved over cooler water.
Dorian is the fourth named storm of the Atlantic Hurricane Season.
