Hightower is a black male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing approximately 250 pounds.
Hightower left the area of SW 264 Street and SW 139 Avenue on foot and frequents the area of Florida City.
He was last seen wearing khaki shorts and a blue and white shirt.
Hightower is taking medication, that without, could become aggressive.
