Police have ended their search for a 10-month-old girl who went missing from Miami Gardens on Friday.
A Miami Gardens police officer was on patrol when police said he was approached by a citizen who gave the officer information that Arianna Willis and her 42-year-old father, Dexter Jones, were both seen in an establishment at Northwest 199th Street and Northwest 2nd Avenue.
Police said the officer responded to the location and recovered Willis and detained Jones. Both had no injuries.
Willis is now in the custody of Broward Department of Children and Families.
Police said Jones has been arrested and charged with removing a minor from state or conceding a minor contrary state agency order or court order.
