Three children -- a brother and sister and their cousin -- were found nearly two hours after they were abducted.
Kaila and Anthony Milhomme and Isaiah Paul, their cousin, were located at Northwest 1st Avenue and 59th Street about 5 p.m. Monday. Police also found the stolen Ford Five Hundred there.
Police were questioning a woman found with the children.
The three went missing when the Milhomme children's father went inside a grocery story about 3:15 p.m. about three blocks from where they were found. When he walked out of the grocery store, he told Miami police his car and the children were gone.
Police charged the children's father with child neglect.
