Princess Cruises has ordered an early end to a Caribbean cruise after an outbreak of illness.
The Crown Princess, which departed on Saturday on its way to Aruba and Curacao, will return early to Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale.
The cruise line reports 114 passengers and 59 crew members came down with a gastrointestinal illness.
The ship will now return Thursday instead of Saturday.
In a statement Princess Cruises said, "We sincerely regret having to cut short our passengers' cruise vacations because of this highly unusual situation. We will, of course, be refunding their cruise fare, arranging flights home, including covering change fees if air was not booked through Princess, providing hotel accommodation if necessary, and offering a 25% future cruise credit."
The outbreak began last week on a previous trip, in which nearly 400 passengers and crew became ill.
The ship will undergo a two-day disinfection and resume its regular schedule starting on Saturday.
