A mother and son are dead and two other people injured after stabbing Sunday night.

On Monday afternoon, police said they are looking for Joseph Teman Swift, who was seen fleeing the home where the stabbing took place.

He is considered armed and dangerous.

"She always called me before she went to bed," said a heart broken grandmother.

The woman says she was on the phone with her 30-year-old granddaughter, Natasha Jones, when Jones was attacked.

"I heard, 'Wait, wait, wait,'" the grandmother told Local 10's Ben Kennedy. "All I heard was gunshots, bang, bang; she said 'Mama call 911.'"

That 911 call led police to a house south of Opa-Locka off NW 131st Street and 21st Ave., where cops found 58-year-old Jeneth Jones and her 23-year-old son, Wade, had been stabbed to death. Jeneth's two daughters, Natasha and Taree, were also hurt and rushed to the hospital.

A toddler that was present during the incident was not harmed, police said.

"He stabbed everybody and he shot on both of them," said Wade's husband.

"It's all the immediate family I have," he said. "I'm still in a state of shock. I can't even fully grasp an emotional response right now."

He says Swift is Natasha's ex-boyfriend.

"They've been broken up about 3 years and he's got this rage to come out to the house and take out everybody."

Anyone with information is asked to call Crimestoppers at (305)471-TIPS (8477) or (866) 471-8477.
