The Florida Highway Patrol says an off-duty Broward Sheriff's Office deputy had his personal car stolen on the turnpike Friday morning. Police activity could be seen off the Florida Turnpike extension and Northwest 27th Avenue in Miramar. BSO and FHP patrol cars were at the scene. There were no traffic delays.
