Miami-Dade College's west campus in Doral reopened nearly three months after a parking garage collapsed, killing four people.
Juan Mendieta, the Director of Communication at Miami-Dade College, said the first day of classes is Tuesday.
Four construction workers were killed when the garage collapsed on Oct. 10.
The family of one of the men filed a lawsuit against Ajax Building Corporation, Inc.; M.A.R. Contracting, Inc.; MEP Structural Engineering and Inspections, Inc.; Bliss & Nyitray, Inc. and Haryard Jolly, Inc. last month, alleging the companies rushed the construction of the garage to meet a deadline.
