Miami police are investigating the shooting of a 14-year-old male, according to authorities.
It happened at Northwest 1st Avenue and 28th Street in the Wynwood area.
Police said rescue crews have transported the victim to Jackson Ryder Trauma with a bullet wound to his back.
Local 10's Ross Palombo reported the victim was transported to Jacksonville Memorial Hospital in critical condition. Rescue crews said the victim said he could not feel his legs.
Two other teens who were with the teenager at the time of the shooting were being questioned by police Wednesday night, authorities said.
Police said they didn't have a description of the shooter, but that he or she could be driving a white Nissan Altima.
