A dive boat with 23 people on-board capsized off Pompano Beach.
It happened about 1:15 p.m. Thursday.
According to Pompano Beach Fire Rescue, all persons on-board were accounted for. One person was transported in critical condition.
It's unclear what caused the boat to overturn.
